Happ VPN setup with smart routing
Happ is a third-party VPN client that can import a personal Quietline profile. Menu labels can vary between mobile and desktop versions, but the setup flow is the same.

Before you start
- an active Quietline subscription;
- the Happ app installed on the target device;
- access to the Quietline dashboard on that same device.
Import the VPN profile
- Open the Quietline dashboard and select your device.
- Choose Happ from the compatible client list.
- Open the personal profile and allow the browser to switch to Happ.
- Confirm that the new profile appears in Happ, then select it and connect.
Choose a routing mode
Smart routing applies rules to each destination. Selected local services can stay on the direct connection while other traffic follows the encrypted VPN tunnel.
If more than one rule matches, rule order and the Happ version determine the final route. Reconnect after changing the mode or refreshing a profile.
Verify the result
- Test one destination expected to use the direct connection.
- Test a second destination expected to use the VPN tunnel.
- If the route did not change, reconnect or import the current profile again.
- For support, record the device, Happ version, network type, and exact test time without sharing the profile URL.
