Import or refresh a VPN profile
A VPN profile connects an active subscription to a compatible client app. If profile settings change, replace the old client copy with the current import from the dashboard.

When to refresh a profile
- the dashboard shows a newly issued profile;
- the client still uses outdated settings;
- you switched to another client app or device;
- support requested a refresh after troubleshooting.
Import checklist
- Open the Quietline dashboard and select the current device.
- Choose Happ, Hiddify, or Incy.
- Open the current personal profile in the client app.
- If the client creates a duplicate, test the new entry before removing the old one.
- Reconnect and verify one direct route and one VPN tunnel route.
If the app does not open
Confirm that the selected client is installed and that the browser can open external app links. Opening the dashboard in the device's default browser can help.
Never paste the personal profile URL into a public support message. Share the device, operating system, client version, network type, and error time instead.
