Set up Quietline

Before installing

1. Sign in and check that your subscription is active.
2. Select your device in the connection section of the dashboard.
3. Choose an available client: Happ, Hiddify or Incy. These are third-party applications; check their store terms before installing.

iPhone and Android

1. Install the selected app using the dashboard link.
2. Return to the dashboard in a browser on the same phone and press the import button.
3. Allow the browser to open the client, then approve the connection and any required system permission.
4. Select the imported connection and turn it on.

Windows and macOS

1. Select Windows or MacBook in the dashboard and install the selected client.
2. Launch the client and return to the dashboard to import your connection.
3. Allow the browser to open the application when prompted.
4. Connect and check the websites you normally use.

Check the connection

Try your normal network and, if available, a second network. Results depend on the device, client and network.

Traffic counters update after synchronization. Opening the dashboard or importing a connection does not prove that it works. Use the setup feedback buttons after testing.

If it does not work

1. Check the subscription expiration date and remaining traffic.
2. Check that the current imported connection is selected.
3. Reconnect or refresh the import from the dashboard.
4. Contact support through your account or the bot with the device, client, network type and error text. Do not share passwords or connection links.
